Our standard private-tour prices cover up to 25 people with one guide. For larger events, contact our team to discuss guide arrangements, timing and a tailored quote.
Is the tour price per person or per group?
The listed price for a standard private tour is per group of up to 25 people with one guide. Bespoke events are quoted around your requirements; optional extras are confirmed separately.
Can you tailor the route and starting point?
Yes. Share your venue or hotel, preferred timing and interests. Our team will confirm a suitable meeting point and route for your event.
Can we include food stops or other activities?
Tell us what you have in mind. Culinary stops, workshops or themed additions can be discussed as part of a bespoke itinerary, subject to availability and a separate quote.
Can you organise booking for a conference programme?
We can create a branded event website and ticket shop for your tour programme, with digital tickets, participant signups, payment handling and clear meeting-point information.
When is an online private-tour booking confirmed?
After you submit a booking, our team arranges a guide for your selected date and time. Your tour is confirmed once that guide arrangement is complete.
