Where do we meet our driver?
Your driver meets you at the port, right outside immigration and customs. We confirm the exact meeting arrangements before your excursion.
What transport is provided?
Travel to Berlin and back to port in a private luxury, air-conditioned vehicle. We arrange transport for your party; let us know about any mobility requirements when you enquire.
How many people can join?
Private groups can include up to 15 people. Larger vehicles may be available on request, subject to availability.
How is the return to the ship arranged?
Your private driver takes you back to your ship. We plan your excursion around your ship’s schedule and agreed return time, with the aim of getting you back in time for all-aboard. Please share your port times when you enquire.
Can we stop for lunch or shopping?
Yes, let us know what you would like to include. Tell us about dietary requirements or a restaurant you would like to book so we can plan the day accordingly.
What if someone has mobility needs?
Please describe your requirements when you enquire. We can discuss the walking involved and check suitable transport and route options before you book.
Are restroom stops available?
Your driver can stop on the journey to Berlin. During your time in the city, ask your guide for the nearest restroom.

Tips are optional. If you would like to thank your driver or guide for a memorable day, they are welcome.
