A few things before you book.
Which tour should I choose for my first visit?
Discover Berlin is our recommended starting point for a broad introduction to the city. If you have less time and want a focus on WWII and Cold War history, choose the two-hour Express tour. Choose a themed walk for a deeper look at a particular subject.
Do all tours run every day?
Schedules vary by tour and season. Use the public tour calendar to see what is available during your stay, or open a tour page to choose a date.
Where do the tours meet, and do I need a transport ticket?
Meeting points vary. Most tours start at Hackescher Markt; Express and Berlin Illuminated start at the Brandenburg Gate. Check your chosen tour page and booking confirmation for the exact location. Cards indicate where an AB or ABC public transport ticket is required; these tickets are additional to the tour price.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
You can cancel a public tour up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. For rescheduling, contact our team; changes are subject to availability. See our terms and conditions for details.
