How much does a private Berlin tour cost?

Private tours start at €229 for the Berlin Express (2 hours) and range up to €429 for full-day experiences like Potsdam and Sachsenhausen. The price covers your entire group of up to 25 people—when split, that's as little as €9-17 per person.

How many people can join a private tour?

All private tours accommodate up to 25 people with a single expert guide. The price remains the same whether you have 1 person or 25 people in your group.

Can you pick us up from our hotel?

Yes! We can arrange pickup from centrally located Berlin hotels for private tours. Just mention your hotel when booking or requesting a custom tour.

What languages are available?

All tours are available in English. We also offer German, French, Spanish, Italian, and other languages upon request, subject to guide availability.

What's your cancellation policy?

For groups with less than 100 participants:

Up to 72 hours before: Free of charge
Between 72 and 24 hours before: 50% of tour price, plus any costs for canceling vehicles/museums
Less than 24 hours before or no-show: 100% of tour price

For groups with 100 or more participants:

Up to 30 days before: Free of charge
Between 29 and 8 days before: 50% of tour price, plus any costs for canceling vehicles/museums
Less than 8 days before or no-show: 100% of tour price

If unexpected events make it impossible to conduct the tour, we will consult with you to find an alternative solution. If no satisfactory alternative is found, we charge a 10% handling fee plus any cancellation costs, and refund the remaining balance within 2 weeks.

How long are private tours?

Tours range from 2 hours (Berlin Express) to 6 hours (Potsdam, Sachsenhausen). Most popular tours are 3-4 hours. We can also create custom-length tours to fit your schedule.

Are private tours suitable for children?

Yes! Private tours are ideal for families as our guides adapt content and pace for different age groups. Certain tours like WWII and Sachsenhausen may be more appropriate for older children (12+).
