Is the listed price per person?
No. The displayed starting price covers your whole group of up to 25 people with one guide. Any optional transport, entrance fees or other extras are shown during booking or confirmed with you separately.
Can the guide collect us from our hotel?
Pickup from a centrally located Berlin hotel can usually be arranged. Add your accommodation details when booking so the team can confirm the best starting point for your route.
Can we choose our starting time?
Private tours offer flexible starting times, subject to guide availability and any opening hours or transport requirements connected with the itinerary.
Can a private tour be adapted to our interests?
Yes. Your guide can adapt the emphasis, pace and level of detail to your group. For a combined or completely bespoke itinerary, use the custom-tour request form.
Are private tours available in languages other than English?
Our standard private tours are offered in English. Dutch or Spanish may sometimes be possible, subject to guide availability. Please contact us before booking if you would like a non-English tour.
When is my booking confirmed?
After you submit the booking, the team arranges a suitable guide for your selected date and time. Your tour is confirmed as soon as that guide arrangement has been completed.
